What to write to us about
Corrections. A price that has gone up, a ferry timetable that has changed, a closed trail, a figure that doesn't add up. These are the emails we're most grateful for. If you can, include a link to the official source or a photo of the sign: it helps us check before we change the page.
Operators and businesses. If you run a tour company, a boat or a visitor centre on the islands and think information is missing or something is wrong, write to us with specific details. Reviews are not paid for or negotiated: we look at your website, your terms and what customers say, just as we do with any other company.
Press and partnerships. Questions about the website, quotes from our data or partnership proposals.
What we can't do
We don't sell tours or tickets: bookings are made with the platform (GetYourGuide, Tiqets or Headout) or with the operator. For changes, cancellations or refunds, contact whoever sold you the booking; they have your details and we don't.
Nor can we confirm whether a boat will sail tomorrow if it's windy, or whether there's space left on a tour. For that, ask the operator.
When we'll reply
We read every email. We reply when we have something useful to say, usually in the order emails arrive, but we can't guarantee a timeframe. If you send us a correction, you'll see the change on the page once we've checked it.
