What Tiqets is and who is behind it
Tiqets International B.V. is based in Amsterdam, was founded in 2014 and belongs to Expedia Group. It says it has sold more than 70 million tickets.
It acts as an intermediary: you buy from the company listed as the provider on each listing, and that detail matters. For Siam Park, Loro Parque and Poema del Mar the provider is Tiqets itself, reselling; for Aqualand Maspalomas, Aspro Parks Canarias; for Rancho Texas, the park's own company. Tiqets admits that how profitable each ticket is can influence the order of the results.

Tiqets charges the gate price, taxes included, but it does not match the parks' online offers:

Aqualand Maspalomas costs €41 here and from €32 on its own website for a fixed date; Palmitos Park, €39 against €35. The Aqualand + Palmitos combo comes to €80, with no discount, against €62 for the official two-park ticket. On Tenerife, Aqualand Costa Adeje is also €2 cheaper on its own website.
Its "combinations" give 5% off when you pair two tickets (10% for Lanzarote Aquarium + Aquapark): do the maths. The "-7%" on the Siam Park + Loro Parque ticket is not a discount: €78 is the official price.
Tiqets cancellation, refunds and customer service
There is no general rule: you can only cancel if the listing says so, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to dated tickets.

The same Siam Park and Loro Parque tickets, at €44, can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before on GetYourGuide, 12 on Civitatis and 48 on Headout: if your plans might change, Tiqets is the worst option for those parks. If the provider does not deliver the tickets within 48 hours, Tiqets refunds the order.
Its terms point you to a 24/7 help centre; only trust phone numbers that appear on tiqets.com or in the app. According to Tiqets, the app stores your tickets offline.
Tiqets reviews: is it legit?
Yes. It scores 4.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot (61,423 reviews, only 7% one-star), 4.76 on the App Store and 4.73 on Google Play (UK). It replies to 90% of negative reviews, though it can take up to a month. Reviewers praise having all their tickets in one app and getting in quickly; they criticise non-refundable tickets, unclear meeting points and an ambiguous "fast-track entry".

It suits families putting together park tickets on Gran Canaria or Lanzarote, especially Rancho Texas or Aqualand Maspalomas with cancellation until the day before. For Siam Park and Loro Parque when your date is uncertain, GetYourGuide or the official website are better; for excursions, GetYourGuide or Civitatis.
