Aqualand Maspalomas is the big slide park on Gran Canaria and it opens every day of the year. Our verdict: a good park for a family day out, as long as you buy a dated ticket on the official website, because the booking platforms charge the full gate price.

Who runs Aqualand Maspalomas

It is run by Aspro Parks Canarias, S.L.U. (CIF B-62271978), part of the Madrid-based Aspro Parks group, which also owns Palmitos Park: hence the "2 Parques" combined ticket. Contact: aqualand.es/maspalomas, +34 928 140 525.

The park is not on the beach but inland, on the Palmitos Park road. There are no sea lions or dolphins here; the dolphins are at Palmitos. To compare it with the island's other parks, see water parks in Gran Canaria.

Adult prices checked on 2 October 2026. They may vary by date; each site confirms the final price.

GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Headout charge €41, the same as the gate; the official website starts at €32 for a set date. A family of two adults and two children can save up to €36 on a cheap day by buying direct.

A platform only makes sense if you need flexibility: on Tiqets the ticket can be cancelled or changed until 23:59 the day before. Combined tickets are worse: the official "2 Parques" costs €62; Headout asks €72 and Tiqets €80. And compared with two separate online tickets (€32 + €35 = €67), the official combined ticket saves only €5.

Opening times and calendar

The water rides close 30 minutes before the park: for ten months of the year, that means 16:30. Times for each day are on the park's website.

Slides, rules and extras

The rides include Kamikaze, Tsunami, Anaconda, Hurakan, The Spiral, Banzai and Río del Pirata, plus the new Skull Bay children's area for under-1.40 m, and La Cantina restaurant. Hurakan requires a height of over 1.20 m and Tukakame over 1.00 m; the other limits are on the park map.

You can bring your own food and drink, without glass, and eat in the picnic areas. Phone cases, GoPro-type cameras and selfie sticks are not allowed on the rides. Sunloungers are not included, and the website does not publish prices for sunloungers, lockers, the Fast Pass or parking.

Reviews: what people like and what they complain about

Ratings are good without being outstanding: 4.1 out of 5 from more than 1,650 reviews on GetYourGuide and 4.2 on Tiqets. The Fast Pass divides opinion: some visitors complain that pass holders get priority for the rubber rings, while others paid for it in high summer and felt it was worth it.

How to get to Aqualand Maspalomas

Global bus line 45 comes from Bahía Feliz, San Agustín and Playa del Inglés; line 70 links Puerto de Mogán, Puerto Rico, the Faro de Maspalomas and Palmitos Park with no change (€2.65 from the Faro). By car, the car park is private and you pay to use it. More on the area in Maspalomas.
